Questions

BOC-3 FAQ

A BOC-3 designates process agents, people or companies who can legally accept court paperwork on your behalf, in every state you operate in. FMCSA requires this on file before it will activate new operating authority.

There's no public FMCSA portal for a carrier to submit a BOC-3 directly. It's filed by a registered process agent on your behalf, which is what this service handles.

Same-day in most cases once your information is submitted.
